Supercharged jetski product line

ANTIENGINEERED was commissioned to design a complete product line for a brand specialising in performance motor vessels. The client requested a range of components including a cam cover, fuel rail, liquid to liquid heat exchanger, steering stem and turbocharger conversion components. The cam cover featured two variants with one facilitating a camshaft drive output to suit a mechanical fuel pump.

The heat exchanger brief was two-fold; increase performance while also improving serviceability. The client requested an upgraded water to air intercooler, specifying that the finished product must be able to be disassembled for servicing. The motor vessel utilises an open loop cooling system which provides excellent heat transfer at the cost, of contaminating the heat exchanger core with salt water and debris. The completed design features twin-pass coolant flow, o-ring sealed end tanks and is able to be flushed without removing the assembly from the vessel.

The majority of projects commenced with 3D scanning with all designs delivered as 3D printed prototypes before commencing production.
