Scan accuracy varies depending on size and complexity. The tolerances vary from 0.05mm when scanned in laser HD up to 0.5mm for more general scans.
While scans serve as an excellent foundation for reverse Engineering, antiengineered always recommends manually confirming dimensions.

This is a case by case basis. Parts featuring simple geometry are typically water tight. As a rule - if there is no direct line of sight, it hasn’t been captured.
